  Dr. Fara Movagharnia is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive cosmetic surgeon. He completed his plastic and reconstructive surgery residency/fellowship in Philadelphia. He also attended the Medical College of Pennsylvania/Hahnemann University, The Thomas Jefferson Hospital Philadelphia Hand Center, and The Cleveland Clinic Foundation during that time. His postgraduateachievements include: Resident of The Year, Fellow and Diplomate in the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons, and several publications in both medical journals and plastic and reconstructive surgery textbooks. He has been appointed as Chief of Surgery at Wellstar Windy Hill Hospital and is currently a Clinical Assistant Professor of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at the Georgia Campus - Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He has been in the Atlanta area since that time performing plastic and reconstructive surgery. In August 1997, he opened the Center for Cosmetic & Reconstructive Surgery, PC in Emory Northlake Regional Medical Center. The practice has relocated to the Atlanta/Marietta area and has grown very quickly. He currently is on staff at Northside Hospital, North Fulton Hospital, Wellstar Windy Hill Hospital, and Northlake Surgical Center. Dr. Movagharnia's impeccable reputation is based on his skills as a surgeon, his sympathetic and friendly nature, as well as his ability to interpret the needs of his patients and improve their self image.
